Grilled chicken leg satay soft delicious

Grilled chicken leg with satay is always a favorite dish at home barbecue parties. Chicken feet are marinated in satay grilled on a tender soft pink fire. The secret to being tender and not touching the way marinated in any restaurant is the chicken eggs in the marinade.

Material:

- 20 chicken feet.

- 3 tablespoons of honey.

- 4 tablespoons chili satay.

- 2 tablespoons fish sauce.

- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce.

- 1 tablespoon salt.

- 2 tablespoons minced garlic.

- 2 tbsp chopped shallots.

- 1 chicken egg.

- 2 tablespoons cooking oil.

- Salt of green chili.

- 4 green chili peppers.

- 1/2 lemon.

- 1 teaspoon of salt

- 3.5 tbsp of white sugar.

Making: 

Add honey, chili satay, shrimp salt, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, cooking oil and a small amount of minced garlic and mix to taste. Add green chilli, sugar, salt, a little enough MSG, crushed chili and use a spoon to beat until the sugar is dissolved and thickened, then add 1/2 lemon, beat until smooth OK. Roast the chicken legs prepared on a charcoal stove and enjoy with salt and green chili pepper is delicious
